I am Mr. Kedar Prabhakar Kulkarni, holding a B.Com and LLB degree, along with a Diploma in Business Management. I am the Proprietor of Prakem Investments and an Authorized Person in the business of stock broking and investments. With over 31 years of experience, I currently lead a broking firm under the name Prakem Investments, registered with SEBI, under Pune E Stock Broking Ltd.
I began my career in 1994 as an authorized sub-broker with Pune Stock Exchange Ltd., and in 1995, I registered with Sajag Securities Ltd., a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). In 2004, I became a member of Pune Stock Exchange Ltd. and was subsequently registered with PSE Securities Ltd. (PSESL) as a sub-broker for NSE/BSE.
Throughout my career, I have actively participated in various activities of PSE Securities Ltd. and served as an Elected Broker Director for the financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17. In 2018, PSESL merged with Pune E Stock Broking Ltd., where I have since been working as an Authorized Person for NSE/BSE.
Currently, I manage a KYC-compliant client base of over 2000 retail investors, including top-tier HNI investors and a select number of corporate clients, both across India and internationally. I hold a record for successfully completing a single block deal worth Rs. 360 crores at BSE Ltd. in an individual capacity.
As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, I initially got registered with Unit Trust of India in 1994 and later as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN Code 0498. I began actively pursuing mutual fund distribution in 2014-2015. Presently, I manage over 1600 mutual fund investors and have an Assets Under Management (AUM) nearing Rs. 200 Crores.
