Ganesh Zarkar is founder of Asset Synthesis FinServe Pvt Ltd; He has experience in the financial services industry for over 18 years. Presently managing AUM of more than 150 Cr.
Before starting Asset Synthesis FinServe Pvt Ltd, he served as a Branch Manager at LIC Mutual Fund in Pune, Nagpur and Nanded regions. Ganesh’s extensive experience also includes significant positions at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co., HDFC Standard Life, and India Bulls Securities Ltd.
Academically, Ganesh holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. He has also completed the PFRDA’s Retirement Advisory Module, further enhancing his expertise in financial services.
In addition to his professional achievements, Ganesh is an avid traveller who enjoys exploring diverse geographies. He has completed an impressive 2000 km circuit in Leh-Ladakh and has undertaken road trips from Mumbai to Goa, Pune to Jaisalmer, and Pune to Bangalore to Chennai to Kanyakumari and back to Pune. Alongside his love for travel, he is passionate about playing tennis.
Throughout my career, I have actively participated in various activities of PSE Securities Ltd. and served as an Elected Broker Director for the financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17. In 2018, PSESL merged with Pune E Stock Broking Ltd., where I have since been working as an Authorized Person for NSE/BSE.
Currently, I manage a KYC-compliant client base of over 2000 retail investors, including top-tier HNI investors and a select number of corporate clients, both across India and internationally. I hold a record for successfully completing a single block deal worth Rs. 360 crores at BSE Ltd. in an individual capacity.
As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, I initially got registered with Unit Trust of India in 1994 and later as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN Code 0498. I began actively pursuing mutual fund distribution in 2014-2015. Presently, I manage over 1600 mutual fund investors and have an Assets Under Management (AUM) nearing Rs. 200 Crores.
